Weingut Stoll
Wine that is good.
Good for nature and good for you.
Bio Suisse since 2014
We cultivate and press character wines from grape varieties of the future on 5 hectares of vines, purely organically on limestone soils in Osterfingen.
Café Sabato
From May to October every Saturday from 11am to 6pm you can taste wine, discover regional dishes of the day and enjoy homemade cakes with organic coffee specialities. Changing art exhibitions and live music.
Good for you
No residues of chemical sprays. Reduced use of sulphur. No chemical fertilisers, winemaking with time and craftsmanship instead of unnecessary remedies. Selective harvest, reduced yields and precise processing in the modern cellar for wines without allergens and clear taste.
Good for nature
Energy self-sufficiency, multi-purpose bottles, BiB, local production and sales, adapted grape varieties, biodiversity projects.... up to 75% Co2 savings per bottle of white wine compared to a Swiss white wine without conservation measures.
Why organic
For us it means the highest grape quality we can deliver and also the long-term preservation of the cultural asset wine as well as our cultural landscape.
For us, working organically means more love for wine, for people and for nature.
